Research projects

Research projects may be called Forschungsarbeit, Projektarbeit, Studienprojekt, or Independent Study. Individual and group formats depend on the study programme. The institute procedure specifies a maximum duration of six months; confirm your registration and programme requirements with your supervisor.

1. Agree on a project

   Discuss the research question, scope, and supervision with the group.

2. Prepare the documents

   Complete the project contract, description, and registration form. Each group member submits their own documents.

3. Register

   Submit the signed registration form to the Examination Office.

4. Research and report

   Work through literature review, method development, implementation, and analysis. Agree on supervision meetings and presentation requirements.

5. Submit and assessment

   Follow the official requirements for the report, abstracts, and signed declaration. The examiner records the assessment in C@mpus.
